Beginner Level 1
- Discover your instrument, starting with posture and fingering techniques. Our focus is to achieve clarity and get the player comfortable with their instrument.
- Fun tunes and finger exercises: Develop the agility and dexterity you need to play simple tunes clearly.
- Basic chords
- C major open scale
- Introduction to 2 time signatures and basic strumming with pattern
- Tune your ukulele with a tuner (standard tuning)
- Songs appropriate for beginner level 1
- Establishing and understanding a strong practice ethic
Beginner Level 2
- Level 2 songs that feature new rhythm patterns and time signatures
- More chords
- Picking and plucking on the ukulele
